I particularly liked this video of a talk by Professor Hans Rosling, ' Debunking third-world myths with the best stats you've ever seen'. Whether you agree or not with his perspective on the figures he uses is beside the point, it's the presentation that is impressive.

Data presentation can be beautiful, elegant and descriptive.
